A Full Day of Relaxation, Connection & Birth Preparation Location: Champneys Eastwell Manor, Kent Proposed Timetable & What’s Included: 9:30 AM – Welcome & Refreshments Start the day with a warm welcome, herbal teas, juices, and a selection of pregnancy-friendly treats. A chance to meet other mums-to-be and settle into the beautiful surroundings. 10:00 AM – Birth Ball Workshop Learn how to make the most of your birth ball throughout pregnancy and during labor. We’ll explore gentle movements to ease common aches, improve posture, and support optimal fetal positioning – all while boosting your confidence for birth. 11:00 AM – Guided Meditation & Birth Affirmations Relax deeply with a guided meditation designed for pregnancy, focusing on positive birth affirmations, calming breathwork, and visualization techniques to help you feel grounded, empowered, and ready for birth. 11:45 AM – Nourishing Lunch Enjoy a delicious pregnancy-safe lunch including sandwiches, seasonal fruit, and sweet treats. A relaxed, sociable meal giving you time to connect with other mum's before an afternoon of relaxation. 12:30 PM – Pregnancy Yoga & Breathwork A gentle yoga flow designed to release tension, build strength, and support your changing body. This session will also introduce powerful breathwork techniques to use during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. 1:45 PM – Spa & Relaxation Unwind in Champneys’ luxurious spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, and relaxation areas. Take time to truly switch off and enjoy a moment of calm before welcoming your baby. Afternoon – 25-Minute Personalized Facial Enjoy a soothing, pregnancy-safe facial tailored to your skin’s needs, designed to refresh and hydrate your skin while you relax in the tranquil spa setting. 4:00 PM – Q&A & Reflection A relaxed closing session where you can ask questions about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. We’ll end with a gentle closing meditation and an opportunity to set your intentions for birth. 4:30 PM – Departure Leave feeling nurtured, empowered, and relaxed — with a beautiful Luxury Goody Bag (Worth £50) to take home, including: Mini pregnancy self-care kit Pregnancy & Postnatal toolkit Discount voucher for future classes Yoga Retreat Day – Payment Details Cost: £220 £75 deposit to be paid online at the time of booking. £145 balance will be invoiced one month prior to the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in the loss of your booking.
